STAGING
Design Paradigm takes the stress and hard work out of preparing your home to sell.
We begin with a visit to your home, going room by room creating a blueprint for you to transform the interior and exterior of your property. We focus on ways to clean, declutter, depersonalize and lighten up your spaces. We will note any necessary work to be done to eliminate the buyer’s mental repair list. We may suggest ways to rearrange furnishings and accessories to create emotional connection points for your buyers. In some cases, we will recommend purchases to enhance the appeal of your home and update the look.
We will leave you with a creative and detailed plan to follow or we can do the work for you.

WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL STAGING?
Home Staging is the preparation of a home to sell by a professional who specializes in this form of design and has been trained and certified in the art of home staging. A professional home stager can objectively view the home as a product, highlighting its assets while downplaying its flaws. For as little as a few hundred dollars we can prepare a detailed plan of what needs to be done to maximize the value of your home. Not using a professional home stager is like leaving money on the table.
WHY CAN'T I STAGE MY OWN HOME?
Home sellers often have trouble staging their home because they don’t always see its flaws. They are used to the way it looks and emotionally find it difficult to make changes. If you are not able to view your home objectively you will be unable to market and package it effectively. Home buyers may find it difficult to visualize the potential of your home. Karen discovered her love for design with her first home. She enjoyed unlocking the full potential of her space by reconfiguring the layout, renovating the kitchen and baths - turning the interior into a beautiful and functional home. Her passion served her well as she has moved many times over the years, helping many clients along the way, literally staging and decorating her way from coast to coast.
Carol
Carol has enjoyed designing, decorating and staging several of her own homes as well as for friends and family over the years. Her professional background has been in the nursing field fulfilling her desire to help and care for people. In her new venture, she combines her creative talent with her desire to help and connect with people by listening to their staging, decorating needs and desires.
